Does anyone know what the delay was? They started these a long time ago and then they sat dormant for what seemed like a year. There is one on the opposite corner as well that looked the same. Is that one being worked on again as well? Can’t wait to see the finished product. Every small renovation on Broad is a positive step forward.

one of the developers bought all of these properties and realized that, that part of Broad Street was full of “sketchy” individuals, but with first friday changing Broad street and slowly moving towards down town more of these spaces are getting filled up again, because people are realizing that they actually enjoy downtown.
