Glassdoor.com recently compiled a list of some of the most ridiculous interview questions companies ask potential employee.

The questions aren’t tests of knowledge but rather a test for creative thinking, and to see how the applicant performs when caught off guard with something shocking.

Here are a few of the best ones, including one from Capital One:

“Using a scale of 1 to 10, rate yourself on how weird you are.” — Capital One

“If you were shrunk to the size of a pencil and put in a blender, how would you get out?” — Goldman Sachs

“How many bricks are there in Shanghai? Consider only residential buildings.” –Deloitte Consulting

“How would you market ping pong balls if ping pong itself became obsolete? List many ways, then pick one and go into detail.” – Microsoft

The questions got us thinking and we want to know. What are the strangest questions you’ve been asked at a job interview, and who asked it?
