Federal prosecutors have ordered the forfeiture of even more assets held by Justin French, including real estate, membership interests and a shiny gold Rolex watch.
The items will likely end up at auction.
French was sentenced this week to 16 years in prison for his admitted tax credit scheme. He has agreed to help pay $7 million in restitution to over 100 victims.
The feds have liquidated $3.1 million so far, an assistant U.S. attorney said during the sentencing. That includes a 12-acre site near where Belvedere and Chamberlayne meet at Interstate 95 that was sold to a student housing developer for $2.6 million.
The latest list of items includes more real estate holdings and membership interests in various limited liability companies. It also includes a Rolex watch, which costs more than $15,000 to purchase online.
Authorities previously seized real estate, bank accounts and a large collection of art.
Below is a list of the most recent items to be seized:
• A white gold Rolex Daytona watch
• JK630 black sculpture by Jae Ko
• “Elemental Return” by Ron Johnson
• Two federal-style mahogany benches by Richmond woodworker Harrison Higgins Inc.
• Promissory note in the amount of $90,000 from Mark Gans to Justin French referencing 18-20 South Allen St.

• 100 percent interest of Griffin French Alley LLC
• 100 percent interest of 1207 School Street LLC
