Richmond BizSense is growing yet again – this time on the business side.
Kim Gunst-Prado has joined the BizSense team as head of advertising.
Her experience in media advertising will help BizSense continue to grow and solidify the business side of our operation, so we can continue to provide the best and most valuable business news to our loyal readers in Richmond.
Kim is a Richmond native and a graduate of Washington & Lee University, where of all things, she majored in business journalism.
She started out as a reporter for SNL Financial in Charlottesville, so she knows how to operate on both sides of the news business. Needless to say, being a former business reporter didn’t hurt her chances of fitting in nicely on a team full of reporters here at BizSense.
Stints at C-Ville Weekly, an alternative newspaper in Charlottesville, and Richmond.com followed before she found her way to the BizSense newsroom.
Kim is also the first right-handed member of the BizSense staff. Yes – you heard correctly – the rest of us are all left-handed freaks.
To all our loyal BizSense readers, please welcome Kim into the fold and don’t hesitate to contact her for all advertising questions. You can reach her at [email protected].
