Ed Vasaio, owner of Mamma ‘Zu, Edo’s Squid and 8 1/2, is set to expand his Richmond restaurant empire. As reported in October by Fan of the Fan, Vasaio filed for a ABC license for 821 W. Cary St., a vacant storefront near the VCU campus.
