ALB Tech, a 7-year-old computer repair shop in the Fan, recently expanded into a second location.
The business took over a shop previously home to a palm reader in Mechanicsville at 8150 Mechanicsville Turnpike. The new workspace opened in early August and sits across the street from an EVB bank branch known for its stone and wood windmill.
It joins ALB’s original location at 1208 W. Main St.
ALB was founded in 2007 by Adam Bell, a VCU graduate. The Mechanicsville location is co-owned by Jamie Lay.
The shops do computer repair, iPhone repair, networking and other services.
