Shipments will soon be pumping out of Chesterfield’s latest distribution center.

The 400,000-square-foot Medline warehouse at Meadowville Technology Park will be running at full speed next month, company spokesperson Vivika Panagiotakakos said. Construction on the property is nearly finished about a year after the medical supply company bought its 62-acre plot for $5 million.

Medline plans to move its current Colonial Heights distribution center and 20 employees to Meadowville by November. The company is looking to bring 10 new hires to the facility in 2015.

Medline was the third major get for the county-owned Meadowville Technology Park over the last few years. It joins a massive Amazon fulfillment center and a new Capital One data center. Philip Morris also has a four-warehouse project under construction near Meadowville, and the county locked up a $2 billion paper factory deal with Chinese company Shandong Tralin in June.
