Richmond BizSense is branching out with our first industry-specific weekly email blast.
We’re proud to introduce The Pipeline 2.0 – a quick and engaging email blast with all the week’s local commercial real estate intel in one place.
Pipeline 2.0 will feature the top three sales and top three leases from the week, as reported by local commercial brokers. Each of those featured deals will be highlighted with vital specs of the transaction and a map to give a quick glance of its location. And it’s all designed with your mobile phone in mind.
We’ll also include headlines and links to the most interesting local commercial real estate news from the week compiled by the scrappy BizSense news crew.
And we’re not doing away with the original Pipeline, which has been running strong every Friday for nine years. That section will continue to be published and will continue to list all the deals, large and small, submitted by local brokerages each week. And you’ll be able to easily access that full list from Pipeline 2.0.
The Pipeline 2.0 will debut this Friday, Aug. 5, and will go out every Friday thereafter. It will be sent separate from and later than the usual BizSense morning newsfeed, which now boasts 15,000 subscribers and counting.
As always, please share your feedback with us by emailing [email protected].
