BizSense Pro is expanding once again.
Richmond BizSense is proud to launch its newest premium data section, a twice-monthly rundown of local commercial property sales.
Dubbed The DeedBook, this new offering will be open only to subscribers of our BizSense Pro paid data service and will provide early intel on properties that are changing hands around town.
We’ll scour the deeds recorded in the City of Richmond, Henrico County and Chesterfield County to include the address, sales date, sales price, buyer, seller and other pertinent tidbits.
DeedBook will have an initial threshold of commercial properties that sell for more than $250,000. Those criteria may change over time.
BizSense Pro is a system we launched in 2011 to give subscribers access to valuable data that’s used for leads, reference and to have an edge on the competition.
BizSense Pro also offers: Breaking Ground, a twice monthly building permits report; The Docket, a weekly roundup of business-related court cases from around the region; New Business Licenses rundown on Fridays; and the Monday Foreclosures list.
That’s in addition to The List, a twice-monthly ranking of the top firms in Richmond’s most important industries.
And all of this information is offered in searchable, sortable and downloadable formats.
Information on BizSense Pro subscriptions can be found here, or you can email Linda Dunham at [email protected].
To be clear, Pro is for data only. Our news coverage will remain free and open to everyone.
