Local shops Love Affair, Ost Haus and PigsAlreadyFly collaborated on two marketing videos for High Point Barbershop and The Veil Brewing Co. The videos were entered in a film competition by Audience Awards focused on small business stories. The videos were shot in Richmond and took 10 days to produce.

The Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service launched a series of TV spots as part of the Richmond Association of Realtors’ ongoing “We Are the R” promotional campaign. A 30-second spot and two 15-second versions were released this month, with a second 30-second spot to be released later this year. The spots were directed by marketing and PR manager Kate Landis and filmed by Matt Doe of local studio When Frames Drop.

Dotted Line Collaborations was named agency of record and launched an integrated campaign for Chesterfield community Magnolia Green. The campaign, called “The South, South of the River,” includes print and digital ads, direct mail, a refreshed website, content marketing and tote bags and features artwork by recent Brandcenter grad Jon Hirsch.

Circle S studio completed a website redesign for Richmond firm Commonwealth Architects. The new site includes visuals inspired by the firm’s conceptual drawings and uses photography to showcase its work. It also includes two-level filtering and a client portal to enhance project communication.

NetSearch Digital Marketing launched new websites for Neka Inc., a Dulles-based stone fabrication company; Aero Transfer, a Northern Virginia-based national transportation and logistics company; and local birdhouse shop YardBirdsRVA.

The Spark Mill and Campfire & Co. are providing brand and marketing strategy work for local arts group CultureWorks and its ArtoberVA program, a month-long annual arts and culture celebration.

Free Agents Marketing picked up NewClients Inc., a local promotional merchandise firm, as a client. Work will include branding, messaging and marketing communications support. The agency also started working with Midlothian-based Community Bankers Bank on marketing materials design and development.

The King Agency produced a new TV spot for Goochland auto dealership Parrish Ford. The spot, which started airing this month, was produced with local studio Spang.

Addison Clark was hired by Indiana-based manufacturer Load Runners to design and build a new mobile responsive website and to manage search engine optimization. The agency was also hired by Richmond Printing to redesign and optimize its website for mobile.

Five19Creative promoted Becca Hardy to associate creative director. She previously served as senior art director.

Ndp won three golds in this year’s AAF Chattanooga American Advertising Awards. Two of the awards recognized print ads and artwork done for Bristol, Virginia-based Universal Fibers, and the other was for an agency self-promotion – a welcome package designed to greet agency staff at a retreat. Staff at the agency’s Richmond headquarters worked on both projects.
