The topic du jour was the Future of Transit-Oriented Development in Richmond and was discussed during a panel discussion that featured: John Vithoulkas, county manager for Henrico; Mark Olinger, director the Richmond Department of Planning and Development Review; Gary Armstrong, chairman of GRTC; Jason Guillot, principal at Thalhimer Realty Partners; and Eric Phipps, co-owner of SNP Properties; and moderator Andy Condlin, attorney from Roth Jackson.
