Brink’s (BCO)
The armored car giant released its latest proxy statement, disclosing compensation packages paid last year to its top executives.

President and CEO Douglas Pertz received a total pay package of $10.3 million. He received a base salary of $975,000, $1.8 million in stock awards and $7.5 million in other incentives.

The proxy also announced the date of the company’s annual shareholders meeting, to be held May 2 in Southlake, Texas.

Director Peter Bensen sold 165 shares at $61 per share for a total of $10,107. Bensen directly owns 7,390 shares of common stock.

Dominion (D)
Director James Bennett purchased 6,550 shares at $76 per share for a total of $499,961. Bennett directly owns 8,833 shares of common stock.

Tredegar (TG)
The plastic and aluminum parts manufacturer filed its year-end and fourth quarter 2018 earnings report. Tredegar reported $294 million in revenue and a profit of $26.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2018, up from a loss of $17.9 million in the same period last year.
