Altria (MO)
The tobacco giant released its latest proxy statement, disclosing compensation packages paid last year to its top executives.

CEO Howard Willard III received a total pay package of $11.5 million. He received a base salary of $1.1 million, $6.7 million in stock awards and $3.8 million in other incentives.

The proxy also announced the date of the company’s annual shareholders meeting, to be held May 16 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.

Altria also announced that it has received a “request for additional information” from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission regarding its investment in Juul Labs in Dec. 2018. Click here to see the full announcement.

Apple Hospitality REIT (APLE)
The hotel-focused real estate investment trust released its latest proxy statement, disclosing compensation packages paid last year to its top executives.

Executive chairman Glade Knight received a total pay package of $890,000. He received a base salary of $367,000, $384,000 in stock awards and $138,000 in other incentives.

Owens & Minor (OMI)
The healthcare logistics company appointed Jeffrey Jochims as executive vice president of strategy and solutions. Jochims was also awarded 50,000 shares of common stock. Click here to see the full announcement.

Performance Food Group (PFGC)
Executive vice president Craig Hoskins sold 10,709 shares at $39 per share for a total of $426,753. Hoskins now directly owns 97,529 shares of common stock.
