A team of second-year Brandcenter students produced a campaign for DNA Seattle, which asked them to develop ways to support Black-owned businesses in Seattle during the holiday season. Called “Black Black Friday” and inspired by “I voted” stickers, the campaign centered on a digital sticker with various designs that customers could share on social media after purchasing from a Black-owned business.
Media Lab provided blogger outreach and content writing for software company Agency Builder to promote its Agency Resource Manager Tool software. It also launched a website for local day spa Tialma Moirai that included integration with the company’s booking system.
Padilla’s Jeff Wilson was elected to the Public Relations Society of America’s 2021 board of directors. Wilson, vice president of agency marketing and promotion for Padilla, was elected to a two-year term representing the Mid-Atlantic District, which covers nine chapters in Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, eastern and central Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C.
