Joel Erb was promoted from senior director to vice president in the agency’s Creative and Digital Group. He joined Padilla in 2017 when it acquired Erb’s INM United.
Neil Cox was promoted from director of digital production to senior director of digital production in the Creative and Digital Group.
Emily Valentine was promoted from director to senior director in Padilla’s Insights and Strategy Group.

Advertising Club of Richmond refreshed its website. The updated site’s new features include a streamlined process for membership sign-up and subscription modifications.

903 Creative developed a rebranding for the Town of Ashland that includes a new logo, business graphics, signage, print and digital advertising, apparel, and promotional items. It completed branding and crowler label design for Talleysville Brewing Co. in New Kent County.
903 also completed packaging designs for new releases for Väsen Brewing Co., Ardent Craft Alesand Blue Bee Cider. Work for Väsen and Ardent also included social media graphics and apparel.
Venture Richmond launched a campaign promoting downtown small businesses. Called “Faces of Your Downtown,” the series of ads is running in local print and digital publications. Local photographer Jay Paul shot the photos for the ads.
