Just in time to kick off the golf season, Richmond BizSense held its annual SouthState Shoot Out this week at The Federal Club in Hanover.
The sold out tournament featured 34 teams, who were treated to ideal spring weather for the Monday morning event.
In the end, one foursome took home the glory: Matt O’Laughlin, Alec Sorrel, Steven Jenkins and Chris Kapsak had the winning score of 16-under.
The second place team was the foursome of Zachary Hunt, Taylor Brown, Zach Hunt and Chris Thumma with a score of 13-under.
And two teams tied for third at 11-under: Brian Haug, Cabell Childress, Monte Todd and Joseph Lawson; and Charles Clark, Jarrott Patteson, Eddie Burleson and Bill Strachan.
The winner of the closest-to-the-pin challenge was Eric Stout, who won $460 for himself and $460 for Junior Achievement.
A special thanks to the Federal Club staff, to presenting sponsor SouthState Bank and all our generous tournament sponsors below:
