Beautiful spring weather brought a crowd of 300 out for a sneak peek at the biggest construction project in Scott’s Addition Wednesday evening.
The Otis, the massive mixed-use development encompassing an entire city block at 1601 Roseneath Road at the neighborhood’s western end, was the site of Richmond BizSense’s latest Hard Hat Happy Hour, presented by Sands Anderson.
Guests got an inside look at construction of the building, which will feature more than 300 apartments and over 10,000 square feet of commercial space. They also heard from representatives of the development group, led by Greystar and Capital Square.
