Inline vaporizer

An inline vaporizer disposed in a carrier gas line vaporizes a fluid and adds such vaporized fluid to a carrier gas that flows within the carrier gas line. The vaporizer includes a reservoir or wick that transfers a fluid to a vaporizing element that is adjacent to the reservoir or wick. The vaporizer releases a vapor into the carrier gas line so that the carrier gas flows past the vaporizer to form a vapor and carrier gas mixture.

Systems and methods for providing a mortgage with a sliding credit line

Systems and methods consistent with the present invention provide a mortgage with a primary credit line and a sliding credit line, such that the borrower may request to borrow from the sliding credit line as part of the original mortgage. In one embodiment, the method includes determining a level of risk associated with the borrower based on credit information of the borrower; establishing a first credit line based on the determined level of risk associated with the borrower, the first credit line being set as a debt of the mortgage; establishing a second credit line based on the determined level of risk associated with the borrower, the second credit line being set as a maximum to which the debt of the mortgage may be increased during the mortgage; and offering the mortgage to the borrower with the established first and second credit lines, such that a single first lien may serve as security for the first and second credit lines. Moreover, a mortgage lender may record the single first lien as the sum of the primary and sliding credit lines.

Registered users are given a unique code which is electronically linked to the user’s mobile phone number and associated with a common short code of a provider of anonymous message exchange services. Registered users and or marketers may send SMS and MMS messages to other registered users that only display the sender’s unique code as identification, thus allowing for anonymous mobile messaging between registered users.

In one embodiment, a method for predicting yield includes calculating a criticality factor (CF) for each of a plurality of defects detected in an inspection process step of a wafer, and determining a yield-loss contribution of the inspection process step to the final yield based on CFs of the plurality of defects and the yield model built for a relevant design. The yield-loss contribution of the inspection process step is then used to predict the final yield for the wafer.

Rock core removal method and apparatus

A rock core removal method and apparatus allows efficient, safe, and reliable removal of a rock core sample. An inner collet tube and an outer ground tube, within a drill tube, protect the core sample during drilling. At depth, the collet tube is raised with respect to the ground tube so that the conical wall of the ground tube pushes constricting fingers on the collet tube inward, gripping the core sample within. The collet tube and ground tube are then raised, rotated, or raised and rotated, applying the necessary force to break the core sample off of the substrate. After retracting the tubes, the collet tube is lowered with respect to the ground tube to release the core sample. An ejection rod then pushes the core sample out of the collet tube. The ground tube may also act as the actuating means for a quick-change drill-bit release feature.
