A Richmond-based real estate investment firm just picked up an apartment complex in North Carolina for $28.5 million.
The News & Observer reports that GrayCo purchased the 233-unit Woodfield Glen Apartments in Raleigh from Woodfield investments. The complex opened in 2008.
GrayCo owns a portfolio of residential real estate properties through out the Southeast. The firm, with an office on Monument Avenue, was founded in 1992.
