An office building in the Innsbrook Corporate Center on the corner of Cox Road and Sadler Place is finally being rebuilt. A two alarm blaze destroyed the structure last July, which housed Allstate Insurance, a non-profit group called Richmond Hope Therapy, and several other small offices. The building suffered severe structural damage and had to be demolished in October.
Crews have already poured concrete and walls should be going up soon. Richmond Hope Therapy moved to temporary office space at the nearby Dominion Place Office Condos, but hopes to return upon completion of the new building. There’s no word on whether the othe tenants will return to the office building.
