The Mechanicsville company said its board of directors is initiating a search for a successor to President and CEO James L. Bierman. Bierman, 62, will continue to serve in his current role until his successor is named. The company has hired executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles.

President and CEO Billy Beale acquired 2,000 shares at $21.47 per share for a total of approximately $43,000.
