EDC construction company recently started building out the former Circuit City store in Short Pump for incoming electronics retailer hhgregg.
hhgregg is also prepping the vacant Circuit City near Chesterfield Towne Center
In July, Indianapolis-based hhgregg announced plans to enter the Richmond market as they open 22 stores in the Southeast over the next year. (Read more here.)
The electronic retailer has been quick to fill the void left by Circuit City, taking over some of its former stores across the country as well as honoring Circuit City gift cards.
