Fat Dragon, the newest venture from Blue Goat and Osaka owner Chris Tsui, opened to the public Thursday night. A sign went up over the new Chinese kitchen and bar a few hours before the restaurant’s invitation-only grand opening Wednesday night.

BizSense reported in July that the Rebkee Company purchased the old Stronghill restaurant building at 1200 N. Boulevard for $1.1 million and is leasing it to Tsui.

Went to the soft open this weekend. Great tasting food and solid beer selection on tap. and Growlers to go! can’t beat it.
