The Boathouse restaurant group completed a $6.1 million financing round from Park Sterling Bank. Transact represented Boathouse.

Management Solutions Plus was acquired by Shawn McLaughlin. Transact worked both sides with Fred Doster advising MSP and George Sydnor advising McLaughlin.

Clarity Staffing was acquired by its CEO Moira Durst. Transact advised Clarity. Patrick Morin and Jim Sowers worked the deal.

Summit Filter Corp. and Shaffer Products were acquired by Hadley Capital. Transact advised the sellers. Tony Vincent worked the deal.

Oracle Elevator Co., a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, was acquired by L Squared Capital Partners. BB&TCMarkets advised Oracle.

Power Storage Solutions and subsidiaries, doing business as Storage Battery Systems, a portfolio company of Supply Chain Equity Partners, was acquired by High Road Capital Partners. BB&TCM advised STS.

Endries International and certain affiliates, a subsidiary of Ferguson Enterprises, was acquired by Nautic Partners.

Simon Property Group completed a $1.35 billion senior note offering.

Summit Hotel Properties completed an $200 million at-the-market offering.

Brixmor Property Group completed a $500 million senior note offering.

UDR Inc. completed a $300 million offering.
