It took two venues to pull off the latest installment of Richmond BizSense’s women’s-only networking event, the 5 O’Clock Belles.
The event, held last Tuesday and presented by law firm Reed Smith, began at Quirk Hotel with a panel discussion of local businesswoman.
The panelists included Brittany Garth of Pinq, Christina Kern of Campfire & Co., Nina Whittleton of Classic Party Rentals and Amanda Wheeler of Riverstone.
Moderator Betty Graumlich of Reed Smith guided the discussion, delving into the challenges of running a female-owned business, how the panelists built their careers and the importance of networking.
The group then headed across the street to Bar Solita for a happy hour, more schmoozing and some door prizes.
Thanks to all who attended and stay tuned for details on the next Belles event, as we’ll do at least one more this year.
And special thanks for all our great 5 O’Clock Belles sponsors!
