Not sure what the criteria was for this ranking, but your other story of the day list Arts & Letters as one of the top five growing ad agencies in the world. Why are they not here?

Great point, Scott. Average annual growth of what? Revenue? Profits? Hiring? Seems like a huge oversight not to include the criteria used.
