It was no rock concert, but Richmond BizSense still put on a show at the Broadberry last week.
Our second annual Open House: The State of Richmond’s Residential Real Estate Market panel discussion took the stage at the music venue on Wednesday morning, presented by title sponsor the Homebuilding Association of Richmond.
A crowd of nearly 200 heard an engaging discussion with panelists: Dakia Knight of Icon Realty Group; Laura Lafayette of the Richmond Association of Realtors; Andrew Price of the Richmond Mortgage Bankers Association; Jonathan Ridout of HHHunt; and Harsh Thakker of Dorado Capital. Topics discussed included home inventory, interest rates, Realtor commissions and many other factors driving the local housing market.
