With Hurricane Florence looming, 300 local business people said storm be-damned and joined the party at Richmond BizSense’s latest Hard Hat Happy Hour on Wednesday night at Gumenick Properties’ Libbie Mill-Midtown development.
The event, presented by Sands Anderson, filled one of the ground-floor, under-construction commercial spaces in Penstock Quarter. The five-story building will house 327 apartment units and about 42,000 square feet of commercial space.

Thanks to Gumenick and general contractor Whiting-Turner for getting the space ready and safe for a big crowd.
And a big thanks to our Hard Hat Happy Hours sponsors:
