Richmond BizSense and an army of networkers descended upon an old tobacco barrel warehouse Thursday night for the seventh installment of our Hard Hat Happy Hour series.
The host venue for the quarterly gathering, presented by Sands Anderson, was The Cooperage, a sprawling $18 million apartment rehab in the works at 1650 Overbrook Road, near The Diamond.
On hand were members of the development group behind the project, including Louis Salomonsky, David White, Brian White and Steven Salomonsky.
Guests got a glimpse of the 117 units taking shape in the guts of a 137,000-square-foot structure that spans the length of nearly three football fields.
