“I’m a full-time ice cream man now,” said Westray Paul, owner of Westray’s Finest Ice Cream at 214 N. Lombardy St.
“For most folks from Richmond that’s how they know us — as the lighting store in Willow Lawn. People don’t realize how big we are. We do more business in California than we do in Virginia,” said owner Bryan Johnson.
