Plus other collections efforts, and the MCV hospital is trying to recoup a $1 million it says it wasn’t paid for treating a employee who worked at Canon.

A bank is trying to collect more than $700,000 from a defunct healthcare startup. And a log home that still smells like cat pee to the chagrin of the plaintiff who bought the home. Plus a dispute between the owners of a notorious night club.
